All of your orders will be shipped from our warehouse in China mainland & Hongkong. The delivery time is around 7-12 business days from order receiving date.

• Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day.

• Custom or Made-to-Order Items: These items may require additional processing time, as indicated on the product page.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: Free with an estimated delivery of 7-10 business days.

• International Shipping: Free with an estimated delivery is 7-12 business days. 

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as weather or customs delays.

3. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order’s progress by using the link provided in the email or by logging into your account on our website.

4. Shipping Restrictions

• We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or other non-standard addresses.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• For international orders, customs fees, duties, or taxes may be applied upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
